4. Purchase, Payments and Project Initiation
4.1 Payments

4.2 Project Initiations and Delivery
We require at minimal 50% of the project cost upfront to initiate work on your project. The remaining 50% is expected to be paid before final delivery of the completed service or Project.
All payments are processed securely, and Nelsondynamics Inc is not responsible for issues related to third-party payment processors.

5. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds for services may be issued at our discretion and are based on individual project agreement. No refunds will be issued for services already completed and delivered.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
All Projects, materials and services provided by Nelsondynamics Inc, are the intellectual property of Nelsondynamics Inc. Unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited. Intellectual property (IP) created during the services provided, including software, designs, content, and proprietary tools, remains the property of Nelsondynamics Inc, unless otherwise specified in writing.

7. User Provided Content
You retain ownership of any content you provide to us, including but not limited to text, images, or other materials.
